The proposal for the Shibuya Ichichome District Joint Development Project, for which our company assisted in planning support and design for the Creative Culture Education Zone, has been adopted.
[Developers: Hulic Co., Ltd. & Shimizu Corporation] In the Creative Culture Education Zone, we propose a facility where children can engage in activities autonomously, along with the integration of comprehensive educational functions.
Within the facility, Hulic’s comprehensive children’s education facility ‘Kodomo Depart,’ for which we have previously assisted in planning support and brand development, is also planned to be deployed.
This project involves the comprehensive development and operation of a private-sector complex facility, including facilities guided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Shibuya Ward in this project, such as a Creative Culture Education Facility and a facility promoting diverse urban living, on the site of the former Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Hall, the former Shibuya Ward Second Bitake Branch Office, and the Shibuya Ward Bitake Park adjacent to it. This is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project.
