■「TODA BUILDING」 Opening in Fall 2024
At our company, we were responsible for project management of the lower floors (overall policy, environment, and basic concept of MD) and tenant leasing. TODA BUILDING, developed by Toda Corporation, will open in Kyobashi 1-chome, Chuo City, Tokyo, in the fall of 2024.
We supported the planning and proposal of a commercial zone centered around art, designed to attract people.

■「SHIBUYA AXSH」 Opening in Summer 2024
At our company, we were responsible for the basic concept planning (initial concept planning, MD, and environment) of the lower floors of the large-scale complex “SHIBUYA AXSH,” which will open in the Shibuya Station East Exit area in July 2024.
We proposed the functions of the lower floors as a connection point between the areas, setting the area from Shibuya to Aoyama as “Ao-Shibu.”
Scheduled to open on Monday, July 8, 2024: SHIBUYA AXSH.
